Shipping, Returns & Damage Policy

All Belle Signature Studios items are carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. Because of the nature of handmade and custom drinkware, returns are limited.

Processing & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary once the package is handed to the carrier.

Belle Signature Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must include clear photos of:

• The item
• The packaging
• The shipping label

Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are generally not offered unless required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or custom items
• Opened or used gift-boxed items
• Buyer’s remorse
• Sizing or expectation issues
• Minor handmade variations
• Color differences due to screens, lighting, or holographic finish

Each item is handmade, so slight variations may occur. Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, and the reflective holographic finish.
